Owner & Director
Keeley Cavanagh
Keeley Cavanagh has trained over 20 years in tap, jazz, stage, hip hop, ballet, lyrical and contemporary. Starting at the young age of 3 with ballet classes, Keeley started competing at 6 years of age. Known for her energy and performance, Keeley demands the stage and hopes to pass the love of an audience on to her students.
Keeley continues to train in Vancouver and Los Angeles to perfect her craft. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Education from Simon Fraser University in 2010 and is currently working on her IDTS certificate.
Keeley currently teaches and choreographs for Lyrical, Tap, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop and Jazz while running the studio at Dance Xpressions!

Alyssa Parry
Alyssa Parry holds the distinguished R.A.D. Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies and has provided guidance and leadership in the Royal Academy of Dance ballet program for various dance schools in the lower mainland and abroad. She has choreographed award-winning pieces, provided coaching for international competitions, and led preparations for all levels of R.A.D. examinations in the Academy.
Her formal training began with Deborah Cameron, Flora Pigeau, and at the Goh Ballet Academy, which included performing on tour throughout her home province of BC. Alyssa trained in many dance genres and has had many opportunities including performing in Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet’s “The Nutcracker”, performing as the soloist dancer with the contemporary company Amaze of Grace, performing at Lalapalooza with Green Day, working as a scholarship trainee with The Edge performing arts studio in Los Angeles, as well as working as a dancer and singer for Carnival and Norwegian Cruise lines.
Ms. Parry continues to guest teach, adjudicate, and choreograph throughout BC.

Morgan McQueen
Morgan is a talented individual who has been emerged within the dance world since the young age of three. Through her training, she has excelled in styles such as Tap, Ballet, Hip Hop, Jazz, Musical Theatre and Lyrical. Morgan has achieved a variety of dance accomplishments throughout her life. A highlighted few include the popular teen comedy, “John Tucker Must Die”, dancing with the BC Lions as a Felion (3 years), WHL’s Vancouver Giants dance team “The Jackettes” (14 years), performing aboard Carnival Cruise Lines, a member of Vancouver’s Hip Hop crew, “Make your Mark” and she is the co-founder/ main choreographer for the late Hip Hop crew “Stylistix".
Aside from the many dance opportunities Morgan has been involved in, she was asked to be a part of the 2005 Canadian National Tap Team which competed at the World Tap Championships in Reisa, Germany. Morgan was extremely successful in her endeavours at the competition in both the Women’s solo tap category and the group category.
Morgan’s love for ballet was always strong, even as she developed as a dancer who excelled in several other forms. After a successful adolescent career, and having completed her RAD graded and vocational examinations, Morgan’s post-secondary experiences brought her opportunities to work with some very credited teachers across Canada and the United States. Morgan decided to take the leap and become a certified ballet teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance. With an extensive knowledge in the pre-primary to Advanced level syllabi, Morgan is a part of an amazing team of teachers who have had many successes with students’ examination work. For the past 20 years, her passion for teaching classical ballet and other forms of dance has paved her way to success as a dance educator and has helped her to build relationships with her students. Many of these students were able to earn scholarships, bursaries, and professional achievements with Morgan’s assistance.

Anastasia Goulet
Anastasia Goulet began dancing at the age of 2 and has had training in competitive jazz, lyrical, contemporary, musical theatre, RAD Ballet, and Cecchetti Ballet. She has successfully completed multiple RAD ballet exams, received high acknowledgments and awards during her competitive years of dancing and was known for her passion, commitment, performance quality and expressions. From a very young age, Anastasia knew she wanted to pursue the love and passion she has for dance through a career in teaching/choreography. She currently teaches group fitness and dance throughout the lower mainland and choreographs pieces for local and international competitions in the styles Jazz, Musical Theatre, Lyrical and Contemporary. Anastasia teaches other styles such as dance conditioning and stretch & strength. Anastasia has her Responsible adult, First aid, CPR, Personal Training, PBT 1, has participated and completed many NDEO courses & workshops and is undergoing advancements for IDTS. Anastasia continues to find any opportunity to advance her knowledge and explore new opportunities for her creativity. As an instructor, she feels that it is important for her students to feel confident and inspired at all times to encourage healthy growth and development. Anastasia wants to see all her students succeed, be proud of their accomplishments and enjoy both the art and discipline of dance.

Abby Metcalfe
Abby began her dance journey at the age of 6. She grew up dancing competitively at Dance Xpressions in Cloverdale where she trained in Jazz, Hiphop, Lyrical, Tap, Musical Theatre, Acro, Contemporary and completed her RAD ballet up to Advanced 1. Over the years, she received many awards and scholarships recognizing her passion and dedication to dance.
Abby took on leadership roles in her high school dance company where she received outstanding choreography and dancer awards. Abby has had the opportunity to train in Los Angeles at studios such as Millenium Dance Complex and The Edge. She has danced with Harbour Dance Centres Intensive Training Program (ITP) directed by Moe Brody. Here she trained for 10 months under a variety of professionals in the dance industry. She is currently part of Platform on Camera’s “The Collective” with Christian Lagasse and Breanna English looking to work in the T.V. and film industry here in the Vancouver area.
Additionally Abby has been a part of several Dance video projects and live performances. She will continue to dance professionally while inspiring and instructing other dancers.
